Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, boneless and cleaned

    2–3 green chilies, chopped or paste

    1–2 eggs, beaten
    Bread crumbs (as needed for coating)

    Cooking oil (enough for shallow or deep frying)

Directions

  • Preparation Before Cooking
    Take 2 chicken breasts and rinse them well.
    Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
    Slice each chicken breast into medium or large boneless pieces.
    Lightly flatten the chicken pieces using a meat mallet or rolling pin for even cooking.
    Prepare a seasoning mix using ginger and green chili (finely chopped or blended into a paste).
    Coat the chicken pieces with the seasoning and let them rest for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.

    After marination, take each chicken piece and coat it evenly with beaten egg.
    Next, roll the chicken pieces in bread crumbs until fully covered. Press gently so the coating sticks well.
    Place the coated chicken pieces on a tray or baking sheet and let them rest for about 10 minutes. This helps the coating set properly.
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chicken pieces one by one into the pan.
    Fry the chicken on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

    Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
