20 grams boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)

1½ cups water
1 chicken stock cube
3 tablespoons corn (canned, slightly mashed)
2 teaspoons cornflour
1 whole egg
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon (for serving)
Directions
- Heat a saucepan and add cooking oil. Add chopped garlic and sauté lightly.
Add the boneless chicken pieces and fry them on a low flame until nicely browned. Add a small amount of salt and continue frying.
