Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
20 grams of shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Salt to taste
1½ cups boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
½ teaspoon mixed masala
2 cups water
50 grams mushrooms (sliced)
Lemongrass (as needed)
Lemon juice (for serving)
Here I took 20G of shames and peeled it nicely and cleaned it. Keep it aside now. Here I took sliced mushrooms in a small bowl. Now, here I took the lemongrass, cut it into big pieces. Take cloves of garlic, chopped it nicely, and here I am taking boneless chicken, which means chicken breast, and cut it into small pieces
Take a bowl and add tomato paste and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add egg yolks and cornflour into the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth and lump-free. Set aside.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Add shrimp, chopped garlic, and salt. Fry on low flame until the shrimp turns slightly red.
Add boneless chicken pieces and mix well. Fry both chicken and shrimp together to remove any raw smell.
Add mixed masala and stir until everything is well combined.
Pour in 2 cups of water and mix well. Let it cook on a low flame until the chicken is properly cooked.
After about 20 minutes, stir again and add mushrooms and lemongrass. Mix well and cover with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Now add the prepared tomato, egg, and cornflour mixture into the soup.
Stir continuously to ensure everything blends smoothly and the soup thickens nicely.
Once fully cooked and slightly thick, turn off the heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves or mint and serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
