½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder

Green capsicum, sliced
Red capsicum, sliced
1 potato, sliced into strips
1 carrot, sliced into strips

- How to Cut the Potato
Peel the potato first. Cut the potato into thin slices, then cut the slices into small strips. Do not cut them too thin or too fine because the potato may melt while cooking. First cut the potato into 4 slices, then cut each slice lengthwise into equal-sized strips.

Cut the carrot in the same way as the potato. The pieces should not be too thin or too thick. Keep the size equal.
