500 g chicken (chicken breast, minced or finely chopped)

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon mixed masala

4 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
🌶️ Whole Spices:
4 cardamom pods
4 cumin seeds (or a small amount of whole cumin)
2 whole black peppercorns

Ginger

2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon mixed masala

Directions
- 1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture
Take 500 g chicken breast and blend it well to make a smooth minced (keema) mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add the spices: 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon mixed masala.
Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
Lightly grease your hands with a little oil and water to prevent sticking, then mix again until the spices are fully combined with the chicken.
2. Shape and Fry the Kofta
Heat enough cooking oil in a deep pan for frying.
Shape the chicken mixture into small round balls (kofta).
