Leftover polau rice 3 cups, cooking oil 2 tbsp, egg 2, onion 1, green chili 3 pcs, Capciccum green, yellow . white pepper 1/2 tsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp, salt to taste, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, chili powder 1/2 tsp, tomato 1

Instructions
 

Instructions: Take a pan. Turn the stove in low flame. Use Cooking Oil- 2 tbsp, make it hot. Put eggs and give one pinch of salt, then mix it, stick, and fry. After frying, add chopped onion and green chili. Wait to fry appropriately for 2 minutes. Then add chopped tomato 1 fry it for a few moments. Now add leftover rice. I took 3 cups, now add white pepper 1/2 tsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp, salt to taste, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, chili powder 1/2 tsp. Mix it gradually for 2 minutes. After that, serve it.
