Cooking oil- 3 tbsp Chopped onion- 1Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp Chili- 3 pcsDry fish- 200 gmSalt to taste Garlic paste- 1tspGinger paste ½ tsp Water as required Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1.5 tsp Sliced tomato 1 Potato cut in small pieces- 3Flat beans – 250 gmWater 200 ml Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

First, take potatoes, peel it, and piece in small size. Take some dry fish and cut and clean it properly. Here I took flat beans clean and cut in small pieces. Chopped onion, garlic and coriander leaves and sliced tomato. Now Time to cook… Take a pan and make the flame low. Add cooking oil wait to hot. Add chopped onion and garlic fry it for a few moments, then add dryfish with salt. Stir it and add Garlic and ginger paste. For dry fish, it’s important to give more garlic. Add a small amount of water before adding spices. Now add spice powder and add tomato. Cook and cover with a lid for a second. Now add pieces of potatoes. Saute it for 5 minutes then add flat beans stir it for a few seconds add 200 ml water to properly cook it and cover it for 20 minutes and the flame should be low. Before taking out add coriander leaves.
