Ingredients
- Chopped ginger- 1 tsp, garlic – 1 tsp, chicken boneless 150 gm, For chicken marinate: (Salt to taste, coriander powder 1 tsp, paprika powder 1 tsp, mixed masala 1 tsp) Chili flakes 1 tsp, butter 1 tsp, Olive oil 2 tsp, Chicken flanks 4 pcs, mostaccioli pasta 2 cup, cream 1cup, water 1 cup, salt to taste, coriander powder 1 tsp, mixed masala 1 tsp, paprika powder 1 tsp, Vagetables: carrot 1/2 cup, capsicums 3/4 cup, onion -1 tomato 1/2, mozzarella cheese to taste.
Directions
- Marinate the Chicken
Take a plate and add 150g boneless chicken.
Season with salt, coriander powder (1 tsp), mix masala (1 tsp), paprika powder (1 tsp), and chili flakes (1 tsp).
Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Pan
Heat some olive oil in a pan (you can use any cooking oil if you prefer).
Add chopped ginger and garlic, then add a little butter.
Fry until fragrant.
Cook the Chicken
Add the marinated chicken along with a few chicken flakes (4 pieces, sliced).
Cook and stir until the chicken is properly cooked through.
Add Vegetables
Add cubed onions and half a tomato (chopped).
Mix well and fry for a few minutes.
Add Pasta and Cream
Add 2 cups of pasta (uncooked).
Pour in 1 cup cream and 1 cup water (you can replace the water with 1 cup milk if you prefer).
Mix well and allow the pasta to cook for 2 minutes.
Season the Sauce
Add coriander powder, mix masala, salt, and paprika powder again to enhance flavor.
Stir well.
Simmer the Pasta
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the flame to low heat.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid, stir gently, and check the consistency.
Add More Vegetables
Add carrot, capsicum, or any vegetables you like.
Here, I used three colors of capsicum for extra flavor and color.
Mix well and continue cooking on low flame.
Add Shrimps (Optional)
Add 6 to 7 cleaned and peeled shrimp.
Cook together for about 10 minutes, until the water is absorbed and the pasta is fully cooked.
Finish with Cheese
Add mozzarella cheese according to your taste.
Stir gently until the cheese melts and blends into the pasta.
