Egg Noodles: A Comfort Food Classic

Another reason egg noodles are so popular is their quick cooking time. They can go from pot to plate in minutes, making them a go-to option for busy families or anyone craving a delicious meal without the wait. Their versatility also means they pair well with vegetables, meats, seafood, and even plant-based proteins, making them suitable for almost any diet.

Ingredients

  • Noodles – 150 gm, sesame oil 1 tsp, salt to taste, carrot- 1 cup, egg – 3, water for the boil, cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.

Directions

  • Take a deep bowl of water for bowl noodles. Add sesame oil 1 tsp and salt to taste.
    When the water gets warm, add Noodles – 150 gm. When the noodles boil adequately, strain it through a sieve. Put some cool water in, and then the noodles won’t overcook.
    Take a carrot, wash it, and peel it. Cut into thin and long pieces. Measure 1 cup
     For frying, take a frying pan. Add cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, add egg – 3 with salt to taste. 
    Fried egg properly.
    Peel and chop onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp. garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.
    After frying the egg, add the onion and green chili until the smell goes out.
    Add coriander powder, 1 tsp, garam masala, or mix masala, 1 tsp. Stir it properly. 
    Then, put all the noodles, and mix them. Then add tomato and coriander leaves.
     Mix it on a low flame and serve it…
