Ingredients
- Noodles – 150 gm, sesame oil 1 tsp, salt to taste, carrot- 1 cup, egg – 3, water for the boil, cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.
Directions
- Take a deep bowl of water for bowl noodles. Add sesame oil 1 tsp and salt to taste.
When the water gets warm, add Noodles – 150 gm. When the noodles boil adequately, strain it through a sieve. Put some cool water in, and then the noodles won’t overcook.
Take a carrot, wash it, and peel it. Cut into thin and long pieces. Measure 1 cup
For frying, take a frying pan. Add cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, add egg – 3 with salt to taste.

Peel and chop onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp. garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.
After frying the egg, add the onion and green chili until the smell goes out.
Add coriander powder, 1 tsp, garam masala, or mix masala, 1 tsp. Stir it properly.
Then, put all the noodles, and mix them. Then add tomato and coriander leaves.
