Ingredients
- Cooking oil- 3 tbsp, Chopped Garlic- 5-6 pcs, Red dry chilli- 2-3 pcs, Red spinach- 200gm, Salt to taste
Directions
- 1 Check spinach properly. Soak spinach for at least 20 minutes. Then wash it nicely. Keep it in the basket for rinsing.
2. Cut it small. chopped garlic.
3. Take a pan, turn the flame low on the stove. Add cooking oil, let it warm, then add chopped garlic and dried chilli. Wait until it’s fried.
4. Add red spinach now. Fry it slowly. Don’t use the lid.
5. After 10 minutes, add salt as needed.
