The Beef Sizzling Recipe is more than just a dish—it’s a feast for the senses. From the crackling sound on the hot plate to the flavorful aroma filling the air, it offers an exciting dining experience every time.

Ingredients

  • 1. Marinate the beef (rest 15 minutes)
    Beef – 200 g (thinly sliced)
    Salt – to taste
    Garlic & ginger paste – 1 tsp (you can use ½ tsp each)
    Soy sauce – 1 tsp
    Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
    Cumin powder – 1 tsp
    Coriander powder – 1 tsp
    Mixed masala (garam masala) – 1 pinch
    Red chili powder – ½ tsp
    Cornflour – 2 tbsp
    Egg – 1
    2. Vegetables & aromatics (prep while beef rests)
    Capsicum (bell pepper) – 1 red + 1 green, sliced
    Carrot – 2, sliced/julienned
    Spring onions – 5 (separate whites and greens; slice)
    Garlic – 5–6 cloves, chopped
    For deep-frying the beef
    Cooking oil – enough for deep fry
    3. For cooking: Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
    Ginger paste – 1 tsp
    Tomato sauce (ketchup) – 1 tsp
    Soy sauce – 2 tsp
    Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Sesame seeds – 2 pinches

Directions

  • 1. Prepare the beef
    First, slice all the beef into small pieces.
    The pieces should be long but thin.
    Wash them nicely and keep them in a sieve to drain properly.
    2. Prepare the vegetables
    Slice 1 green capsicum and 1 red capsicum nicely.
    Take 2 carrots, slice them thinly, and cut into stick-size pieces.
    Take 5 spring onions and cut them into the same size as the carrots.
    Take 5–6 garlic cloves and chop them finely.
    3. Marinate the beef
    Place the sliced beef in a bowl.
    Add garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mixed masala, and salt to taste.
    Mix well.
    Now add cornflour and 1 egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
    Keep the beef marinated for at least 15 minutes. If possible, keep it for 1 hour to get the best result.
    4. Deep fry the beef
    Heat cooking oil in a pan.
    Fry the marinated beef on low flame until it is cooked nicely.
    Take it out from the oil and keep it on a plate.
    5. Stir-fry the vegetables
    Take another pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil (or cooking oil).
    Add the chopped garlic and stir it nicely.
    Add all the sliced vegetables and stir properly.
    Now add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce (or ketchup), and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce.
    Mix well and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.
    6. Final touch & serving
    Add the fried beef into the pan and mix well with the vegetables and sauce.
    Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame so the flavors combine.
    Before serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnishing.
    Serve hot on a sizzling plate for the best taste and presentation.
