Pasta and Maggi Noodles Recipe

Sometimes, the best recipes are born from mixing two simple favorites together—and this dish is a perfect example. Pasta and Maggi noodles are both loved in many households, but when you combine them, you get something truly exciting. The pasta brings a smooth, firm texture while the Maggi noodles add that quick-cooking softness and signature masala flavor. Tossed together with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and aromatic spices, the result is a colorful, flavorful, and satisfying meal that can win anyone’s heart.

Ingredients

  • For Marination
    Boneless chicken – 250 g
    Salt – to taste
    Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
    White pepper – 1 teaspoon
    Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
    Corn flour – 1 teaspoon
    For Pasta & Noodles
    Water – as needed (for boiling)
    Salt – to taste
    Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
    Pasta – 150 g
    Noodles – 2 small packets
    For Cooking
    Cooking oil – 4 tablespoons (for frying)
    Ginger (chopped) – 2 teaspoons
    Garlic (chopped) – 2 teaspoons
    Onion (large, cubed) – 1 piece
    Green chili (chopped) – 3 pieces
    Noodles masala – 2 packets
    Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
    Salt – to taste
    Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
    Tomato (chopped) – 1 piece

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
    Take 250 g boneless chicken and cut it into cube-sized pieces.
    Add the following ingredients for marination:
    Salt – to taste
    Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
    White pepper – 1 teaspoon
    Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
    Corn flour – 1 teaspoon
    Mix everything well and marinate for 15 minutes.

    Step 2: Boil Pasta & Noodles
    4. Take water in a pot, add salt (to taste) and 1 teaspoon sesame oil, then let it come to a boil.
    5. First, add 150 g pasta and cook until it is half-boiled.
    6. Now, add 2 packets of Maggi noodles into the same pot.
    7. Once both pasta and noodles are cooked, drain them using a sieve and wash with cold water to stop further cooking.

    Step 3: Cook the Chicken & Vegetables
    8. Heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil in a pan.
    9. Fry the marinated chicken for about 5 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
    10. In the same pan, add:
    2 teaspoons chopped garlic
    2 teaspoons chopped ginger
    1 large onion (cut into cubes)
    3 chopped green chilies
    11. Stir-fry until the onion becomes soft.

    Step 4: Add Spices & Chicken
    12. Keep the flame low and add:
    2 Maggi masala packets
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    Salt (to taste)
    13. Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
    14. Add the fried chicken back into the pan and stir well.

    Step 5: Combine Noodles & Pasta
    15. Now, add the boiled noodles and pasta to the pan.
    16. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon garam masala (optional) and mix everything well on high flame.
    17. Finally, add 1 tomato (cubed) and stir-fry on high heat.
