Oatmeal as a Morning Breakfast

From a health perspective, oatmeal is packed with fiber, which supports digestion and keeps you fuller for longer. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels and can contribute to better heart health. Combined with milk, plant-based alternatives, or even yogurt, oatmeal is not just delicious—it’s nourishing and wholesome.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid milk
    ½ cup oats
    Salt, to taste
    For Decoration/Topping:
    Banana slices
    Fresh blueberries
    Raspberries
    Mixed nuts
    Honey

Directions

  • Take a deep pan and heat it.
    Add
    1 cup of liquid milk and ½ cup of oats.
    Add a pinch of salt.
    Stir gently on low flame until the oats are cooked properly.
    Let it boil for about 2 minutes.
    After cooking, transfer the oatmeal into a bowl.
    For decoration, add banana slices, blueberries, raspberries, honey, and nuts.
    (Optional) You can also use any type of dry fruits you like.
    Serve warm and enjoy!
