Directions
- There are lots of steps for preparing chowmein. The first step is preparing chicken. Here, I took chicken breast 250 gm chopped as a stick shape. After cutting all the parts, put them into a bowl. Add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp corn flour. Marinate it for at least 15 minutes. Put it aside.
Now it’s time to cut vegetables. Here, I took Carrot, big red chili sizes, and cabbage. You can add the white onion and capsicums. I cut all the vegetables according to the shape of the noodles, which means stick shape.
Now put a pan with 500 ml water on the stove for boiling Noodles. In water, add 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp cooking oil. If you want to add sesame oil, you can. Here, I took a 300 gm complete packet of noodles. When the water is warm, then add noodles. When the noodles are cooked properly, take them out of the water and rinse them with cold water.
Now, take a pan. Turn the flame to medium. Add cooking oil to fry the marinated chicken. Wait for warm. Now, add the marinated chicken to the pan. Cooked for 5 minutes. Stir it. The chicken will get a juicy texture if you fry it before cooking.
To prepare the sauce, I need 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp Wester sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp chili flakes; take them together and mix them.
Now, Take a pan and add 2 tbsp cooking oil. add 1tsp chopped garlic & ginger. Add vegetables one by one. Fry it up to 2 minutes, then add chicken fry, then add the sauces. Stir it properly. After that, add the noodles. Stir it up to 5 minutes. Then our chowmein is ready to serve.
