Delicious Vegetable Maggi Noodles at Home

Vegetable Maggi is a quick, flavorful, and versatile snack or meal. Perfect for a busy day or a cozy evening, it combines the comfort of instant noodles with the freshness and nutrition of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Maggi chicken flavor – 2 water for boil cooking oil – 3tbsp egg – 2 salt for taste onion – 1 green chili 2pcs garlic powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp paprika powder 1/2 tsp tomato 1/2 pcs peas & carrot- 1/2 cup Maggi taste maker

Directions

    Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
    Wash and chop all vegetables into small, uniform pieces.
    Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and sauté the white part of the spring onions and green chilies for 1–2 minutes.
    Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
    Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, and any optional veggies.
    Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on medium heat until slightly tender but still crunchy.
    Step 3: Boil Maggi Noodles
    Add 2 cups of water to the pan with vegetables.
    Bring to a boil and then add the Maggi noodles.
    Add the tastemaker masala and a pinch of salt/pepper if needed.
    Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are soft and water is mostly absorbed.
    Step 4: Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle the green part of spring onions on top.
    Serve hot and enjoy a quick, colorful, and tasty bowl of
