White polao /Ghee rice recipe

Ghee rice is known as Jeerakasala rice in Indo-Asia. Too much fragrance makes a royal taste of rice. Mainly, In Asian wedding ceremonies like Bangladesh, this Item is compulsory. Not just weddings in any function, whatever house or outside this rice dishes must have. There are lots of processes to prepare for that. But here I'm writing my recipe. Hope you will like it.
Recipes vary from person to person, their tastes, demands, and choices. But white polao is one dish that can be adjusted in any party dish. There are some differences in the preparation process, but the taste of this dish will be changed.

Polao rice 1 kg, cooking oil 1/3 cup, ghee 2 tbsp, cardamom 5 pcs, clove 4 pcs, cinnamon 4 pcs, dry leaves two pcs, peppercorns six pcs, Ginger paste 2 tbsp, salt 1 tbsp, milk powder 1/2 cup, warm water 6 cup, raisins- 15-20 pcs, Kawada water 1tbsp

Instructions: Take 1 kg of polao rice and wash it properly. Then rinse it. Take a pan and put it on the stove. Turn the flame medium to low. Add 1/3 cup cooking oil and 2 tbsp ghee. Make it warm. Then add cardamom five pcs, clove four pcs, cinnamon four pcs, dry leaves two pcs, peppercorns six pcs. Add ginger paste 2 tbsp. Some use chopped onions and garlic, but I prefer just ginger paste. Fry it for 1 minute, then add the rice and 1 tbsp salt. Fry it into the oil properly. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup milk powder. Stir it properly. Now add 6 cups of warm water. Take the lid and cover it. You have to add more water if you need it. It depends on the type of rice. Ten minutes later, check whether the rice is cooked or not. Then add raisins and cover with a lid. After 5 minutes, add kawada water 1 tbsp for good smell. Now your recipe is ready to serve
