Ingredients
  

Cooking oil- 3 tbsp Onion- ½ cup Shrimp- 100 gmSalt to taste Garlic paste 1tsp Ginger paste 1tsp Tomato 1 Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chili powder- 1tsp Salt as required Ladyfinger/ orka- 250 gm Water -1 cup Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

 Here I took 250 gm ladyfinger or Orka. Wash it properly and keep it in a sieve for rinse. Nowchopped onion and sliced tomato. Cut and clean Shrimp around 100 gm. Now take ladyfingercut it in two pieces. For this recipe, I need to keep it medium size. Now let’s jump to cook…  Start with one clean cooking pan. Make the flame in low. Add cooking oil, and wait to make it hot. Add chopped onion. Fry it for a few second. Then add shrimp with salt. Stir it and fry it for few moments. Add Ginger and garlic paste. Then, stir it again. Now add Half sliced tomato, then add spices powder with salt as required. Add a small amount of water then the spices can be made of texture. Now add ladyfingers. Stir it, Cook, and Cover for 5 minutes , and the flame remains low. After 5 minutes Add water 1 cup again and cover with a lid for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check and give the rest of the sliced tomato and keep it for up to 5 minutes. Before takeout, you can add coriander leaves for a nice smell… Now enjoy your side dish
