Garlic 6-7 pcs, kalmi saag 500kg, Mustard oil 3 tbsp, Dry chili 2 pcs, salt to taste.

Instructions: First, check the spinach because there are some dry leaves over. Check and clean it. Then, Take a bowl with water and soak it for 1 hour. After that, take out the spinach from the water. Make sure to shake it in water. Then, rinse it in a sieve for a while. After the rinsing is done, the part cutting will start. Cut it into small pieces, and keep it again in the sieve. Wait to rinse the left water. Then, Chopped red chili and garlic. Now, take a pan. Heat the flame to low. Add Mustard oil 3 tbsp, wait for warm. Then add red chili and garlic. Wait for fry. When it turns brown, add spinach. Add salt to taste. Don't cover it with a lid.
