Directions
-
For preparing juicy and crispy chicken vegetable rolls here, I needed some vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and capsicum; you can add any kind of vegetable you want. Also, I took chicken breast, or you can use boneless chicken breast and make it mince.
-
Transfer it to a plate and keep it aside Now, I took two potatoes and cut them into a slide you can check this slide it will not be too thin or too thick.
-
Now, I took the carrot and cut it into the same size. Here, I took three different colors of capsicum in small amounts; you can add one or two colors of capsicum to make a nice color. Now that all the slides’ tasks are done, I have to make a nice dough for the roll.
-
To make the dough here, I took two eggs. If the eggs are big, you can use one and make it at normal temperature, then mix it with a hand egg beater.
-
Now, I am adding salt to taste, mixing it, and slowly adding water. I took two cups of water first, then half a cup, and then I tried to add the flour and mix it properly so that there were no lumps left.
-
Now, gradually add the rest of the water and make a nice dough.
-
Take a pan and make the flame of the stove low; add cooking while three tablespoons, then add the chicken I gave salt to your taste and mix it with a spatula. Two minutes later, I added the paste onion, garlic, and Ginger paste.
-
I made this paste together, and now I add and mix it, and wait; it’s completely mixed with chicken. Now I add the spices: turmeric powder ½ tsp, red chili powder 1/3 tsp, coriander powder 1/3 tsp, cumin powder ½ tsp, and mixed masala powder ½ tsp.
-
After mixing well, I added the capsicums. Now, I added the vegetables and a small amount of salt and mixed it well. Here, I am adding half a cup of water, which helped to cook well.
-
Cook and cover for a while in low flame. Mix 20 minutes later, check that all things are getting okay , then add coriander leaves, and make sure that all water of the vegetables is getting dry. Now, transfer the vegetable mix to a bowl, and I am using this pan to make a roll.
-
First, heat the pan, then add a small amount of cooking wall and wipe it with a kitchen towel or tissue.
-
Then, add a small amount of dough and make a thin roti to make a base. Let the dough die here the flame will be low wait for one minute.
-
When you see the dough separate from the pen, take it out; now, you can use this roti to make a roll.
-
Now, here I took this roti on a board, and for a sticky, I am using a small amount of dough. Now, take 1 teaspoon of chicken vegetable mix, put it on a side of this roti, and fold it through from the top side to the bottom. Here I am using this dough for sticky, I can, and here you can see my dough is ready for freezing. In this part, you can make it frozen when you need it, or you can fly for it; otherwise, you can do all the rolls for fry.
-
For frying here, I took lots of deep-frying oil, made it hot, and directly put this roll in the oil.
-
You can add the breadcrumb mixture before adding the oil, but I think it’s not necessary. If you need or want, you can. Now our snacks are ready to eat. Enjoy…
-
Serve the chicken rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as garlic mayo, spicy ketchup, or a tangy tamarind chutney. Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley for color and freshness.
