Egg Noodles Recipe
In this world, you can't find a person who doesn't like noodles. Trust me, I'm one of them. Here, I present one of my old and favorite dishes, the simple egg noodles. Ingredients
Noodles – 150 gm, sesame oil 1 tsp, salt to taste, carrot- 1 cup, egg – 3, water for the boil, cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.

- Take a deep bowl with water for bowl noodles. Add sesame oil 1 tsp and salt to taste.When the water gets warm, add Noodles – 150 gm. When noodles are boiled adequately, strain it through a sieve. Put some cool water, then the noodles won't overboiled.Take a carrot, wash it, and peel it. Cut in thin and long. measure 1 cup For frying, take a frying pan. Add cooking oil/ olive oil 2 tbsp, add egg – 3 with salt to taste. Fried egg properly.Peel and chopped onion large 1, green chili 2 or 3 pcs, tomato 1, coriander powder 1 tsp. garam masala 1 tsp, coriander leaves 3 tbsp.After frying the egg, add onion and green chili until the smell goes out.Add coriander powder, 1 tsp, garam masala, or mix masala 1 tsp. Stir it properly. Then, put all the noodles and mix them. Then add tomato and coriander leaves. Mix it in low flame and serve it…
