Dry Fish With Long Beans Curry

Dry fish is one of my favorite fish. I spent my childhood in the Seaside area; for this reason, I have a soft corner for all fish items. But dry fish is different than others. Some people can't eat dry fish even if they can't tolerate the smell of dry fish. Buy it's one of the taste food I ever seen. There are some basic instructions for the cleaning process of dry fish. If it's done, the fish will be heaven for you.
On this site, you get the cleaning video of dry fish that I posted. Following this procedure, you can eat dry fish and cook with any vegetables. This taste you can't imagine if you don't try it.
Here I cook dry fish with long beans curry. you can use any beans, cauliflower, papaya, potatoes any vegetables. With tomatoes it make a taste in different level.

Ingredients
  

Yard long beans – 250 gm, Potatoes – 100 gm, cooking oil- 3 tbsp, onion – 2, Dry fish – loitta – 100 gm, garlic paste 1 tsp, ginger paste 1 tsp, water- as required, turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp, red chili powder- 1 tsp, coriander powder – 1 tsp, tomato – 1 , green chili 2 pcs, coriander leaves – as required.

Instructions
 

Cut and washed dry fishes. Then clean and rinse the long beans, cut in small finger lengths. Wash and cut potatoes with skin as well as length. Chopped onions, coriander leaves and tomato. Take a pan or bowl. Add cooking oil 3 tbsp. Wait for warm. Then add onion and dry fish. Add salt one pinch. Fry in low flame for a minute. Add ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp. Stir it gradually; add the same water a little bit. Stir it properly, then add all spices, powder, and salt with a small amount of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. The flame should remain low. After that, add potatoes, stir, and cover it for simmering. After 20 minutes,  add long beans and water as required. I want soup, and for proper boil, it is needed. So here I add 2 cups water as well. When it's cooked properly, serve it with rice or chapati….
