- 20 gm Boneless chicken
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Mix masala
- 1 &1/2 cups Water
- 1 Maggie chicken stock
- 3 tbsp Corn
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Egg
- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Lemon

First, take a saucepan, and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, if you want, you can use olive oil. Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Stir it.

Add boneless chicken, here I took 20 gm. If you want, you can use chicken breast. Cut it into small pieces.

Add salt as taste; Stir it for a few minutes; a flame will remain low. Add 1/2 tsp Mix masala. It's completely optional.

Now add water, here, I use 1 and 1/2 cups of water. If you want you can add more water.

Now, wait for the simmer. On the other hand, Take a Maggic chicken stock powder. Smash it. You can use homemade chicken stock.

Add it to the soup. Now I have to make a paste with 3 tbsp corn flour with 1 picec of egg. Mix it nicely. Here, I didn't add any water.

Add this mixture to the soup. Stir it continuously so that the egg can mix well with the soup and make a new texture.
